I worked as a subtractor for designer Wynn Barnard on the layout of this 170-page report for presentation to the California Workforce Development Board. The report presents a detailed evaluation of the High Road Training Partnership Initiative. Working from Wynn’s established visual language, I handled most of the production design, including page building, table construction, footnotes, and iterative layout adjustments.
